Porting was never this easy

Requirements:

1. Please provide a signed letter addressed to your current service provider stating:
   “Please port the number(s) listed below.”
   The letter must clearly indicate the exact number(s) you wish to port.
   If the number(s) are registered under a company or business name, the request must be submitted on official company letterhead.
   
2. A copy of account holder's ID.
3. A copy of account holder's most recent invoice to verify the numbers and account status.
4. A completed Geographic Number Porting Request Form which will be provided upon request.
